6:2-3 – His name! – Verses           

  • If the power of his name was reduced to simply a pronunciation…

  • People are going through hell – let’s pray and supplicate for one another!

6:30- Moses is human (dealing with insecurity & rejection – Yah answers)

  • Moses feels outmatched by Pharoah and his counsellors, orators etc…
  • Imagine if YHWH called us to speak at the UN or White House…
  • Music industry, Hollywood… (lets stand up to these giants)

7:1 – Yahuah will exalt Moses in the eyes of Pharaoh (remain humble) – Ps 25:9 & Others

7:2 – Same promise for his people in the end (pray for his words in situations) – Luke 21:15

YHWH confronts Pharaoh and judges the system he claims as his own.

The river represents Egypt’s source of life, wealth, power, and dependence. When it is judged, the fish and workers dependent upon it suffer.
