Passover Slain on the 14th

And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening. And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

Exodus 12:6-8

The scriptures records Yahusha (the true Passover Lamb) was slain at 3pm

YHWH Slays The Firstborn The Same Night

And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is YHWH’s Passover. For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am YHWH

Exodus 12:11-12

The Death Angel passed through the same night the meal was eaten

Seven (not eight) days of Unleavened bread

Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.

Exodus 12:15,18

With the understanding that the day changed from the 14th to the 15th during the meal, we get exactly seven days of unleavened bread eating.

When Did They Leave?

And it came to pass, that at midnight YHWH smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead. And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve YHWH, as ye have said

Exodus 12:29-31

Did The Israelites Tarry (for 24 hrs)?

And the Egyptians were urgent upon the people, that they might send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We be all dead men. And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading troughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders. And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment

Exodus 12:33-35

The Egyptians wanted them out ASAP!

And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any victual

Exodus 12:39

It is a night to be much observed unto YHWH for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of YHWH to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations

Exodus 12:42

And it came to pass the selfsame day, that YHWH did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies

Exodus 12:51

Here is a passage from The Book of Jasher (mentioned in Joshua 10:13 & 2 Samuel 1:18).

And the children of Israel traveled from Egypt and from Goshen and from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth on the fifteenth day of the first month

Jasher 80:5

In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is Yahuah’s Passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto Yahuah: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.

Leviticus 23:5-6

Morning to Morning Perspective

You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shall you eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for you came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that you may remember the day when thou came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life

Deuteronomy 16:3

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of YHWH your Elohim which I command you.

Deuteronomy 4:2

Further Evidence the date (next 24 hour period begins) after the sun sets and becomes ‘night’.

Each day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and sets his heart upon it: lest he cry against you unto YHWH, and it be sin unto you

Deuteronomy 24:15

And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and you hang him on a tree: His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but you shall in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of Elohim;) that thy land be not defiled, which YHWH your Elohim gives you for an inheritance

Deuteronomy 21:22-23

And it came to pass, that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath: and some of my servants set I at the gates, that there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.
