Shalom brothers and sisters. In this post and video, I wanted to share the dates we will be celebrating YHWH’s Festivals, for this coming year. We will be sharing dates according to the gregorian calendar, so that you have all the information you need for requesting off for work and other obligations.
HEBREW NEW YEAR
New Moon Festival (Numbers 10:10) – Evening of Mar 22nd (Sighting the New Moon sliver in the West at Sunset) Hebrew New Year (not a Sabbath).
PESACH (PASSOVER & UNLEAVENED BREAD)
Passover Meal: Evening (Sunset) on the 5th of Apr
Week of Unleavened bread: (Begins with the Passover Meal) Evening of the 5th of Apr to Apr 12th at evening
First Fruits
First Fruits: Evening of April 8th to the evening of April 9th (not a Sabbath).
Shavuot / Pentecost
Shavuot: Evening of May 27th to the evening of May 28th
Yom Teruah/Feast of Trumpets
Yom Teruah will be celebrated at the sighting of the new moon on Sept 16th at evening (sunset). The festival will last until the evening (sundown) on Sept 17th.
Day of Atonement
The Day of Atonement will be celebrated on the evening of Sep 25th to the Evening of the 26th.
Feast of Tabernacles / Sukkot
Sukkot will be celebrated from the evening of Sept 30th until the evening of Oct 8th. The first Sabbath will be from the evening of Sept 30th until the evening of October 1st. The last Sabbath of Tabernacles will be from the evening of the 7th until the evening of the 8th.
